Studies have shown that your scent, or the scent of littermates, results in your dog’s brain producing “the cuddle hormone”, Oxytocin ¹. Oxytocin is known to naturally reduce stress and anxiety, as well as trigger feelings of security and comfort.

Your Swissridge Scent Puppy has been created specifically with the calming power of scent in mind, providing a special “scent pouch” to insert your scented item (ie: worn piece of clothing, chips from the whelping box, a piece of the mothers hair).  The result is a cozy, cuddly and safe method of stress relief, anxiety reduction and security for your dog.

WE WILL ALSO INCLUDE SOME HAIR FROM THE MOTHER INSIDE OF THE SCENT POUCH. THIS WAY YOU CAN REMOVE THE SCENT POUCH TO WASH THE SCENT PUPPY. WHEN THE SCENT PUPPY IS CLEAN YOU CAN INSERT THE SCENT POUCH BACK INTO THE SCENT PUPPY AND NO SCENT FROM THE MOTHER IS LOST!
